Jill Bunting is the Deputy Director of the Coalition for Green Capital. She works with state and local governments to develop new models for accelerating clean technology adoption. Jill is a founding board member of the Climate Access Fund, a new initiative incubated at CGC to expand community solar access in low- and moderate-income communities in Baltimore and across Maryland. She also leads clean energy finance engagements with state energy offices around the US. Jill supports CGC’s federal policy work, which has included providing technical assistance for the introduction of the Green Bank Act in the US House of Representatives and Senate.
Prior to joining CGC, Jill was an Engagement Manager at Cleantech Group, where she managed consulting projects on resource efficiency and innovation for Fortune 500 clients in the energy and technology sectors. She was also a Summer Associate in the Global Sustainable Finance Group at Morgan Stanley. Jill graduated cum laude from Harvard College with a BA in Social Studies and received an MBA from Columbia Business School.
