Cassandra John

Cassandra John has spent the last two decades working in Finance, Operations, and Strategy. Over the course of her career, she has helped structure over $1B in debt and equity capital for US clean energy companies and led over $100M in business and technical transformation projects at Fortune 500 global institutions. She specializes in connecting early-stage companies to institutional capital and developing innovative financial solutions to drive the energy transition.

Cassandra founded a consulting practice, Sif Capital Advisors, which provides corporate finance solutions to US energy companies. Previously, she served as CFO at Allumia, a C&I decarbonization platform; she co-founded Spring Free EV, which brought to market a novel EV leasing product; and she was an innovation advisor for the New York State Energy & Research Development Authority (NYSERDA). Prior to her work in energy, she held various positions at JP Morgan, Credit Suisse, and Moody’s.

Cassandra holds a Bachelor of Science in Strategic Management from the City University of New York – Baruch College, and an Advanced Diploma in Energy Finance from New York University.r.
