We offer comprehensive medical, dental and vision coverage for employees and eligible dependents with CGC paying 70% of the premium cost, paid family leave, paid vacation and sick leave, as well as paid mental health leave and 14 paid holidays annually.  All employees are eligible to participate in the company sponsored retirement plan at their date of hire with CGC matching up to 6% of the employee contribution.
