Marla Blow is the President and COO of the Skoll Foundation, an organization that seeks to catalyze transformational social change by investing in, connecting, and championing social entrepreneurs and other social innovators who together advance bold and equitable solutions to the world’s most pressing problems. Previously, she was North America lead at the Mastercard Center for Inclusive Growth, and was Founder and CEO of FS Card Inc., a subprime credit card venture (sold to strategic acquirer).
Marla is long-tenured in financial services with experience as an executive, a Federal regulator, an entrepreneur, an angel investor, and public and private board service. Ms. Blow won the EY Mid Atlantic Emerging Company Entrepreneur of the Year Award for 2018, and she is a Henry Crown Fellow as part of the Aspen Global Leadership Network. Marla sits on the Board of Etsy, and on the Board of Square Financial Services, an independent subsidiary of Block Inc. Ms. Blow holds an MBA from Stanford University’s Graduate School of Business and received her BS in Economics from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
