Green For All, a program of Dream.Org, filed public comment with the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) in response to the agency’s Request for Information (RFI) “seeking public comment on core design aspects of the Greenhouse Gas Reduction Fund (GHGRF).”
“We find it imperative that we reinvest GGRF into a cost-effective tool that can build a self-sustainable financial system,” writes Dream.Org. “This is why we call for the EPA to use at least $20 billion in GGRF funding to create a national green bank. We believe this will allow us to maximize the overall impact and lifespan of every public dollar allocated towards this fund. We ask that the EPA develop the national green bank as an independent non-profit organization to accelerate the deployment of these ambitious goals and further encourage partnership with the private sector.”
