Sanjeev brings extensive expertise from the energy industry with the majority of his career in clean tech and renewable energy. As a strategic partner to CEOs, Boards and management teams, Sanjeev has helped companies scale in various stages from development stage to full scale operations and helped companies raise financing to fund growth. Sanjeev has deep experience in technologies including Solar, wind, fuel cells, battery, RNG, virtual power plants, and microgrids.

As CFO, Sanjeev completed two successful IPOs – Enphase Energy (NASDAQ:ENPH) and Terraform Power which is now part of Brookfield Renewable Partners (NYSE:BEP). He has raised significant financing globally including through VC funding, debt and equity capital issuances in private and public markets as well as structured and project financings. Sanjeev graduated Magna Cum Laude in Business Administration from CSULA and has an MBA and MBT from the University of Southern California.

Sanjeev and his wife live in the bay area, and they have two daughters. When not traveling, Sanjeev enjoys hiking, mountain biking, tennis and pickleball.
