Jeff Diehl is currently Chief Operating and Compliance Officer of Coalition for Green Capital. Jeff has over 40 years of experience in public, environmental and capital market finance. Prior to CGC, Jeff was CEO and Executive Director of Rhode Island Infrastructure Bank, a quasi-public corporation whose mission is to provide technical assistance and invest in key infrastructure including programs focused on water, transportation, brownfield remediation, clean energy, stormwater management, and climate resiliency for municipalities, quasi-state agencies, commercial and residential property owners. Prior to this role, he was the Managing Partner of Strategic Sovereign Advisors LLC, a consulting firm advising governments and financial institutions. Previously, he held various senior positions at HSBC, a global financial institution, including Vice Chairman – US Public Sector and Global Head of Public Sector Banking. He holds BA and MBA degrees from the University of Michigan.
